The Intermediate - Mid-Level (2-8 yrs. professional experience) Graphic Designer is expected to be able to produce technically sound graphic design work in a fast-paced environment with ease. Should be willing to take direction from, and collaborate with other designers, traffic manager and senior members of the creative team. Must be available to work overtime onsite as needed.

Of key importance for this role:
• More of an Intermediate - Mid-Level role.
• Work will include a variety of different materials for 5-7 clients a day.
• Position might have you doing some simple design tasks like reflowing of text with the majority of work being production.
• Must be very detail oriented and comfortable making numerous edits without getting frustrated.
• This isn't fun, flashy work but will give you some good experience with a corporate in-house marketing department.
• Have the flexibility to remain onsite and work overtime beyond 5:30 PM as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Work comfortably within a team environment
• Take an existing concept and apply it to collateral deliverables
• Proficient in master pages and style sheets using Adobe InDesign
• Maintain clients’ existing brand standards and work within those standards to develop evolving collateral
• Stay involved in all aspects of the design process on a daily basis, from full text layouts to incorporating minor text/editorial edits; from studio sample archiving to producing mock-up to designing brands
• Prepare all files for output and work with other members of the creative team on printing and/or production
• Maintain high level of detail and consistency throughout work
• Must be able to work after 5:30 PM onsite, as needed, and your commute should allow for this flexibility to leave later on in the day

Skills and Qualifications:
• BFA or equivalent
• Ideally 2 - 8 years experience preferred
• Strong creative ideas
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for achieving the highest quality in every project
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with immediate deadlines
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with all levels of designers and consultants in a corporate environment
• Understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite; specifically InDesign and Illustrator, as well as new media

Job will be starting as soon as possible after the interview and continue until the end of September - middle of October. You will be required to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
