Our client is looking for a Graphic Designer, The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to:

Role Description:

Applies sound creative design principles and brand strategy and guidelines to prepare proposal
layouts, design, and supporting graphics that deliver compelling value messages to prospective
clients. Cooperates in sales and marketing communications efforts for National and Large Local
Group accounts.


Design and lay out proposals, presentations and custom brochures.
Create custom graphics, charts/tables, and templates.
Ensure effectiveness of design in communicating value proposition and brand.
Work as part of the creative team supporting Commercial Marketing Communications, including
major National accounts and smaller Local Group accounts.
Partner with proposal writers and sales professionals to develop the most effective design
strategies for general communication efforts, as well as for specific prospective customer
initiatives, such as finalist presentations and consultant meetings,
Ensure quality control of projects from pre-press through delivery.
Assist in enforcing branding and visual identity guidelines throughout the company.
Maintain an awareness of current trends in advertising, business communications, and technical


BA in commercial art/design or comparable work experience and 2+ years related experience in a
graphic design environment (PC and Mac-based).
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with Web technology preferred.
Demonstrated results in translating creative concepts into effective visual communications.
Ability to work collaboratively with proposal writers and sales force.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Willingness to pitch-in and go the extra mile to ensure a project’s success, including working extra
