Vitamin T's client is looking for a graphic designer to join our Creative Team.

The ideal candidate has a design personality that matches the company's aesthetic—clean and modern with personality. You're fluent in current creative best practices and you know how to push the boundaries while staying within brand guidelines. You notice every tiny detail without losing the big picture and you are constantly critiquing and analyzing every brand experience. You're comfortable quickly iterating your way to a final, well-thought out design solution. You know how to articulate the rationale behind every design decision you make.

With this role, your designs will reach over half a million customers every month, living in customers' homes as well as the client's retail space. Your ability to work under pressure and turnaround great designs on tight deadlines is unparalleled. Your design chops are outstanding and no detail passes you by, from paper texture and printed color to spacing consistencies. You're obsessed with how the customer interacts with every piece of design, from a printed invitation to an end-cap display to custom packaging, and you have unique ideas for all pieces. You can conceptualize in 2-D and 3-D forms and push the limits of design.

There's a lot to get done and the right candidate will be energized by the chance to work closely across teams to create the best creative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Design visual systems for physical customer touchpoints, from events and retail spaces to packaging and print pieces
Bring the monthly themes to life through concept and design
Concept and create designs for unique Limited Edition packaging
Create custom and innovative printed materials, from lookbooks to store signage
Assist in design strategies and campaigns
Understand the brand and ensure its upheld through all platforms
Know how to ask the right questions and how to come up with answers

Requirements:
2-4 years of design experience
A strong portfolio that is filled with physical pieces, from editorial layouts to custom packaging
The ability to juggle long term projects and daily design needs, with strong communication skills and a precise attention to details
Masterful skills in Adobe Creative Suite
An interest in print and packaging design
Passion and ideas about the future of the company.
