Our client, a global leader in the consumer electronics space, with deep roots in music and pop culture is seeking a Print Campaign Producer for a 4–month assignment. We are seeking an experienced producer who will manage creative projects within the client's brand design team. Projects will range from 2D design concepts and production, digital production, retouching, color proofing and for global campaigns. Key Qualifications: • 5-7 years of production experience managing our working with creatives in an agency or in-house corporate graphic-design department • Organizing production schedules, budgets and tracking to timelines • Managing global campaigns from approved concept to delivery • Experience in both 2D design and production, digital production and localization is a must • Must be a strong project manager who is detailed with deliverables, proactive, highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking and core business acumen skills • Clear and concise communication skills • Comfortable under pressure and able to work effectively as a member of a team • Self-motivated, flexible and process driven-but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Description: • Review project brief, ensure all of the information required has been provided by the functional teams • Work with creative resource to determine an estimate for effort required and a timeline for delivery • Setup kick-off meeting with the project team to get everyone aligned before work begins • Track the progress of each task in timelines, communicating issues with functional teams and removing any obstacles for the creatives and escalating issues to the manager • Manage weekly meetings with team members to communicate updates • Understanding of global markets and team priorities • Manage creative approvals with the brand team / project requestor • Align with other producers / project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of the overall project • Set up and maintain an easy to use filing system for working files including naming conventions Education B.A. or B.S., preferably in graphic design, communications, or related field.
