The position is for a Senior/Principal Strategist for a 10-week contract or contract to hire based out of our Seattle location. A skilled senior-level consultant who can create work product as well as provide strategic leadership and guidance to both internal teams and clients.

Who you are:
A strong facilitator and leader, someone who can just as easily lead design and technology teams as they do executive-level client work sessions.
Knowledgeable across all aspects of digital marketing, media, and customer experience, and able to synthesize disparate data and information to develop a cohesive strategy and plan.
Demonstrated expert with executional experience in at least 2 domain areas: Business focus: Audience/competitive/market/trend analyses, strategic assessments, ROI models and analytical frameworks, business case development, and roadmaps
Customer focus: Audience and user research, customer segmentation, personas, customer journey maps, and customer experience strategies
Marketing focus: Holistic go-to-market strategies that leverage marketing automation and marketing platform tools (e.g., Marketo, Adobe) and messaging, content, inbound/outbound, paid/unpaid search, and social
Data focus: Data assessments, big data findings interpretation, data acquisition and leverage, and data synthesis and illustration via dashboards using standard BI tools (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau)
What you’ll do: Act as the principal strategy lead on one or more of our key client projects and actively bring a customer- and technology-driven perspective to the center of everything we do at the agency.
Define, oversee, and/or create a range of strategy work product and deliverables that lead to differentiating customer experiences for clients.
Collaborate with other team members to deliver transformative work for our clients.
Participate and/or lead new business efforts as well as facilitate strategy workshops.

5+ years of experience working in digital agency/consulting environments and 2+ years of experience working client-side in a functional capacity.
