Position Summary
The Principal Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for managing complex Agile
software development projects to completion. You will coordinate the activities of multiple
cross-functional teams to complete projects in support of Walmart eCommerce’s business
strategy and objectives.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management and applies this to the development,
execution, and improvement of action plans
Develops project management practices
Ensures project manager development and continued successful performance
Leads the development of eCommerce projects and programs
Manages geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams and third-party vendors
(for example, software vendors, hardware vendors, photo vendors, content providers)
Manages multiple highly complex projects (for example, system integrations) or a large complex
Global eCommerce program
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission,
values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related field and 5 years’
experience in full life cycle project management or program management or related field
Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 5 years hands-on experience developing software with Scrum methodology.
• 2 years’ experience developing eCommerce solutions using modern web technologies
• Solid experience managing multiple dependencies .
