My Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client located in North Jersey is always looking for a freelance presentation specialist to call for new and upcoming projects.

The Presentation Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing a wide variety of materials including new business and client presentations, internal communications, templates, RFIs, pitch books and miscellaneous marketing materials in PowerPoint, Keynote and occasionally InDesign.

The ideal candidate is a skilled graphic designer and a visual storyteller, who has the ability to take content from multiple stakeholders and visualize it using graphics, animation and information visualization (e.g. infographics) so that it tells a visually compelling and cohesive story.
Produce high-quality, powerful and engaging pitch books, internal and external presentations, RFPs.
Design and formatting of all presentations with a focus on creating consistency and sophistication in all presentation and proposal materials.
Drive innovation in the agency’s current design and define graphic elements that can be carried across all future presentations.
Contribute to creative direction; create designs, logos, artwork and copy layouts for presentations and marketing materials.
Import and revise graphics files as needed.
Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitch books, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects.
Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects.
Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
Organize and archive presentation files and assets and track time and project information effectively.

Strong conceptual skills and ability to turn content into opportunities for visual storytelling.
A clean design aesthetic.
Ability to simplify messaging and data and add visual interest through infographic and icon design.
Expert skills in PowerPoint and Keynote.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Handling of sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience a plus.
