Our large client in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Presentation Specialist for a 3 month contract to perm role. This role is in their Global Client Investment Reporting team.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

- Attention to details - materials that are being sending out go to high profile prospects, therefore any small errors in resumes will not be considered.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Excel. Experience with PowerPoint is helpful but training on PPT will also be provided. Mostly using Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage time in an organized way.
- During the interview process the manager will be asking behavioral type questions; ie; be able to talk about specific times when you've handled stressful, hard, complicated situations.
- The consultant will be responsible for a suite of products/presentations that they are responsible for to continually update. Ad hoc reports are always provided as well so priorities are already changing.
- This is a production heavy role, not as much creative: updating pie charts and tables, lots of numbers and data heavy.
- MUST have strong ability in InDesign & Illustrator
- Consultant will be working with an investment liaison / portfolio manager to gather information.

General Notes:

- Manages the end-to-end production in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator) and distribution process for completing repeatable and ad-hoc client reports and sales pitch books, ensuring compliance and brand standards are met.
- Uses in-depth knowledge of client requirements to interact with data or content providers and support teams to resolve issues and establish additional requirements, while ensuring materials are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
- Organizes and manages multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Workflow involves the negotiation, establishment and management of deadline dependencies to meet client deadlines through coordination of data and content providers throughout the supply chain.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of investment strategies, data, business/product lines, and individual client requirements to respond to client queries relating to content or data.
- Responsible for proper archival of reports to meet firm and client compliance requirements.​
