Presentation Designers - PPT conversion

Our large financial services client located in downtown Boston is undergoing a project of converting a large amount of existing presentation materials from one style and into a new developed templates. They need someone who is highly proficient in PowerPoint and able to work with heavy production volume. This project is expecting to last through mid-March. The presentations designer will be responsible for:

• Use a combination of manual and technical expertise to recreate slide elements
• Trouble-shoot design & layout concerns that emerge from the new templates
• Utilize creative solutions and suggest new ideas to address space limitations
• Follow the brand guidelines and processes whenever applicable
• Seek opportunities for improved consistency across the inventory of presentation content
• Work independently, taking initiative and seeking resources as appropriate
• Collaborate as a member of a global internal support team

Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working on corporate presentations.
Candidate must have master-level PowerPoint 2010 skills, as well advanced capabilities using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have experience creating graphs and charts using complex data in Excel and PowerPoint.
Must also have proficient general computer skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal candidates are very organized, detail-oriented and can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects at once.
A background in graphic design (specifically with Financial Services clients), experience working with branded assets, experience with brand conversion and an understanding of basic design principles are desirable.
