Presentation Designer

We're looking for a PowerPoint Presentation Designer who also has experience of producing documents in Word with an eye for design and layout. If you're an expert in PowerPoint and Word with additional knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign we want to hear from you.

Mostly PC based, you'll be responsible for the formatting and design of both client-facing and internal documents and presentations.

Specialising in brand, identity and corporate communications, our ideal candidate will have experience of previously working in a similar role either within a design agency or as part of an in-house marketing or new business support team.

You will enjoy a fast-paced culture, working as part of a team and take pride in delivering top-notch bespoke materials. To succeed you must be able to multi-task, work autonomously, have a keen eye for detail and meet deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a multi-award winning, integrated agency located in Shoreditch. Our studio is a friendly, vibrant and open environment where print & digital designers work alongside each other on a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities:
Creation of branded documents such as presentations, proposals, reports, newsletters, fact sheets and letterheads
Take briefs from Account Managers and Client Partners, challenging and questioning as appropriate
Act as a point of contact for clients in the production of their key presentations
Support new business pitches by creating collateral which communicates work and agency capabilities
Quickly learn brand strategy and visual identity guidelines, and act as brand champion for the agency
Proof own work and that of others for quality control
Manage production of documents

Skills/ experience:
Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with relevant experience
Knowledge of Excel - creating graphs
InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop experience
Knowledge of Prezi desirable
Working cross platform on both PC and Mac
Excellent document design skills
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and handle several tasks at once within given deadlines
Superior written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Attend internal and external client meetings as required
Photo editing and picture research via online libraries
Show a passion for design, creativity and client service
