Presentation Designer

Our large financial services client located in downtown Boston is looking for a Presentation Designer for a 5+ month contract position. The Presentations Designer will be responsible for converting large volumes of existing presentation materials from existing styles into newly developed templates. They will use a combination of manual and technical expertise to recreate slide elements, trouble-shoot design and layout concerns that emerge from the new templates. The Designer will also follow brand guidelines and processes and collaborate as a member of a global internal support team.


• Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working on corporate presentations.

• Candidate must have master-level PowerPoint 2010 skills, as well advanced capabilities using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Must have experience creating graphs and charts using complex data in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Must also have proficient general computer skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

• Ideal candidates are very organized, detail-oriented and can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects at once.

• The candidate should be excited to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and needs to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a corporate setting.

• A background in graphic design (specifically with Financial Services clients), experience working with branded assets, experience with brand conversion and an understanding of basic design principles are desirable.
