Our large financial services client located in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist for a 12-month assignment to help them with their exciting new rebranding initiative. This position is onsite in West Chester, PA, full-time hours.

The deal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of professional experience working on PowerPoint presentations and other corporate materials.
- Master-level PowerPoint 2010 skills, advanced capabilities in Microsoft Word and Excel, including experience creating graphs and charts using complex data in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects at once.
- Background in graphic design and solid understanding of basic design principles.

The Presentation Specialist will execute presentation materials following client brand guidelines and process; ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely delivery of all assignments. Work with cross-functional teams to produce internal and external presentation documents. Specialists are responsible for understanding the compliance requirements and facilitating the review process. Also responsible for meeting internal deadlines and communicating any deliverable delays to the Manager and appropriate team members.

Ideal candidates are very organized, detail-oriented and can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects at once. Candidates must be able to strictly follow standard operating procedures and Corporate Guidelines. Presentation specialists will be working closely with a regional Traffic Manager, but should also be comfortable working independently, taking initiative and seeking resources.
