Our Global Marketing group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join team in NY

The Marketing Specialist's primary role is to produce and maintain presentations for the sales team in the Americas', Miami, New York and Chile. Presentations are prepared for the Retail Channel (mainly Financial Advisors), Professional Buyers (includes Gatekeepers, Global Consultants, Sophisticated Clients) and Institutional Clients. The Specialist will also be responsible for revising and producing presentations used at Conferences, Roadshows and other Client Events exclusively for the Americas.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for producing high quality and professional presentations quickly and efficiently and will be expected to implement standards and ensure consistency across all presentations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Include, but not Limited to:
• Maintain standard monthly pitchbooks(presentations) for key focus funds. Manage the day to day presentation process and ensure that the standard pitchbooks are updated on a regular and timely basis
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for presentation content - Work in partnership with the channel marketing, product specialists to create tailored presentations for specific Client Meetings or Events
• Work with the sales team/product specialists/affiliates to constantly enhance the content of the standard materials and to create new slide content for new and existing funds
• Manage quarterly webcast presentation content
• Continually improve the pitchbook update process to ensure a maximum of automation and streamline dataflows where possible
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail and build and maintain strong understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure all presentation materials adhere to those requirements
• Create educational presentations for retail audiences in the Americas - to improve their investment knowledge to assist them in making the right investment decisions
• Create solutions-based presentations with a clear sales message for the more retail audience
• Analyze financial data, statistics and financial events and download information from third party databases to illustrate the key messages (Bloomberg, Lipper, Morningstar etc.)
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry, competitor, company and fund developments to position our funds appropriately and identify any changes that need to be made to materials
• Upload marketing materials to Applications
• Assist in other marketing related activities and efforts

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 2-4 years experience in asset management
• A strong interest in mutual funds and financial products
• Excellent understanding of compliance requirements
• Expertise in PowerPoint; able to use diagrams, charts and graphs to communicate data effectively and informatively
• Experience creating investment marketing materials for an asset management firm
• Familiar with industry jargon; ability to communicate complex message effectively
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy
• Proofreading experience
• Strategic thinker

• Able to be present in the office during normal business hours unless otherwise authorized
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Able to work independently and on multiple projects and to prioritize workload effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and produce high quality work
