Are you looking to join a boutique consulting firm specialized in designing and delivering innovative and fast paced leadership development experiences for executive clients across multiple industries?

The Presentation Graphic Designer performs the daily responsibilities of formatting and creating Presentation materials for executive leadership training programs. All materials are adapted to fit the client’s own brand standards and a custom program design.

Core Responsibilities:

Presentation Graphic Design (70%)

  • Graphic design responsibilities include formatting documents, creating artwork, and modifying existing program artwork in PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and PhotoShop.
  • Build on existing ideas/content to increase clarity and design appeal.
  • Create consistent and easily adapted designs
  • Interpret materials from a learner’s perspective. Does it make sense, is there a flow, are connections being made?
  • Ensure all materials are consistent with client branding.
  • Provide extreme attention to detail so all materials are error-free, including working with copy editor


  • Materials and Production Management (20%)
  • Work closely with our editorial coordinator and client project managers throughout the curriculum design process to ensure the excellence and on-time-delivery of the finished materials.
  • Manage all incoming requests from Pivot Leadership project managers and consultants for graphic design support. This takes the form of unanticipated requests for help (e.g. format a proposal the same day) to input on a materials development process for a future program with scheduled delivery in 6-8 weeks.
  • Assess needs, validate due dates, and prioritize workload for the graphics team.


  • Solutions Development (10%)
  • Take initiative to research new technologies that increase efficiency and make our program materials stand out and be noticed.



  • Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS required with a business background. Minimum of 3-5 years prior professional work experience in client-facing role, ideally in a consulting or learning profession.
  • Experience creating Presentation materials in Powerpoint and Keynote. Proven ability to use design as a tool to help facilitate learning and the communication of ideas.
  • Experience working in a client services environment and handling highly confidential information
  • Must excel in Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating workbooks or published works with 50+ pages and multiple data sources.
  • Experience designing for web and devices desired but not mandatory
  • Leadership development industry background preferred but not required.

  • INFORMATION SEEKING: Continually looking for information. Ability to take initiative and excel with limited information. Is a good listener and good at eliciting information from a wide range of people. Welcomes feedback as a means of self-improvement.
