Visual Design Team Member: 4-8 years of experience in PowerPoint, presentation coaching and design; will be responsible for overseeing, managing and maintaining high-profile presentations for executives. Will work closely with senior designer on staff to manage visual design products and coach speakers.
• Editing/General Project Work – Under the direction of the visual design team, this individual may be asked to oversee projects, as an assistant or lead developer. Works closely with business partners to understand project needs/requirements and then work project to completion. This may be under the direction of the senior designer or may be in support of work in progress. This person will interact regularly with extended members of the creative team, business partners, and vendors to ensure the success of presentations. This may include accessing media from the archive, photo searches, embedding videos, syncing sound /music or editing copy.
• Administrative/Scheduling/Archiving - Fields requests, assists in the day-to-day operations of design team. Manages assets in digital archive. May run PowerPoint production at rehearsals and live events.
* Must have a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and superior interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require evening hours. Experience with audio editing, motion graphics and video editing software a plus.
