Presentation Designer - Powerpoint & Word (Word Training available)

Our client are a Consultancy Firm that work with a wide range of clients within both the private and public sector, as well as financial services, telecoms, energy and water suppliers. Pitching various ideas to client's to win their business the chosen candidate will be tasked to pushing their creative boundaries, to create world-class and highly creative design across a global scale.


Reporting into the Brand and Design Manager, 75% of your time will be spent on creating Presentation Design and Word documents. The other 25% will be spend on Project Management and Admin.

**The split between working with Powerpoint and Word will be 70/30% split. If you are not confident using Word, our client will provide training to help you up-skill in this area. Therefore you must show a strong willingness to learn Word**

The chosen candidate will be working closely with Management Consultants and Parters, Marketing Managers, Designers, Traffic Manager, Brand and Design Managers and Creative Managers.


- Providing clients with professionally finished, creatively designed, high level reports, presentations and proposals (Word and PowerPoint)

- Translate complex ideas and data into a logical and visually engaging format quickly and efficiently

- Adhere closely to the client's brand and corporate style whilst acknowledging the local preferences.

- Design creative, compelling, and professional presentations and reports within strict corporate guidelines to tight deadlines, promoting best practice and consistency

- Provide guidance and support on layout and design to the wider business as well as the junior designers in the studio

- Good visualising and layout skills essential, both print and online.

- Liaise with internal and external clients regarding production and completion of presentations.

- Managing expectations and meeting briefs on time and to budget

- Proof check all work thoroughly to ensure highest standard of output, buddy check as required for other members of the team


- Strong design skills and proven track record in creating high-end Templates and Word documents

- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills to prioritise often conflicting and demanding workloads - Proficient in understanding client expectations and requirements

- In-depth understanding of current print processes and the requirements for preparing artwork for production - excellent analytical skills (for briefs)

- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

- Basic, Intermediate (with willingness to learn) or Advanced Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel 

- Must be comfortable working across both PC & Mac


- Prezi - Digital knowledge (Web, Apps etc)
