Presentation Design/Communications Specialist (Temp to Perm)

Our client is looking for a highly skilled PowerPoint communications specialist who can provide the Office of the CEO with beautifully designed, visually powerful PPT presentations. Candidates must have a passion to support and drive the success of our message.

While this Communications Specialist will primarily work in PowerPoint, we are seeking someone who has a clear and strong design sense. Some familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred but is not necessary. This candidate must be able to digest mass amounts of information (often complex data) and deliver it in a visual, digestible way to various audiences ranging from Board members and senior executive to front-line staff. Strong communications skills are essential, especially for editing and proofreading. The candidate must be comfortable working in a corporate setting and with confidential data. The focus of this position is to combine PPT design expertise, organizational savvy and the ability to deal with ambiguity and turn it into a positive user/viewer experience in the form of a presentation, all while working in a fast-paced environment with continuous change.

Qualifications:
- Expertise creating/designing in PowerPoint
- Professional graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is helpful but not necessary.
- Strong, clean sense of design and layout; please include PPT samples and/or online portfolio
- Flexible schedule to accommodate requests during crunch times
- Ability to transform hand-drawn sketches or complex, noisy designs into beautiful and strategic slides
- Creativity in solving multiple layout options for a single concept
