Premium Sales Manager, Fashion (Program Manager)

JOB TITLE: Premium Sales Manager, Fashion

The premium sales manager will be responsible for helping grow the Fashion’s category. This position will be responsible for owning the premium sale program, which is one of the key levers to scale key strategic brands, such as Coach, Kate Spade New York, and Rebecca Minkoff.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Drive and execute the Private Sales Program
End-to-end ownership of sale planning and coordination across both internal stakeholders and brand partners which includes the following activities:
- Define business objectives and sales strategy for each event
- Work directly with brands and sellers to source inventory and define promotional strategy for each event.
- Partner with the analytics team, to define target segmentation and event forecasts
- Partner with the marketing team, to define optimal exposure plan
- Create and manage internal and external calendars
- Be primary point of contact for external brand partners and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present quarterly performance reports and identify any strategic objectives
- Lead all aspects of sales operations, tracking progress across all cross-functional team members to ensure on-time and successful execution of sales event
- Lead in-sale management, preparing a root-cause analysis document that outlines any issues/remedies that arise during a sales event
- Lead post-mortem analysis, aggregating feedback from all internal stakeholders to evaluate results and identify improvements
- Serve as internal resident expert on private sale program, helping to scale across other fashion categories
- Manage quarterly program forecast and budget

Job Requirements:
• 8+ years of retail experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to identify opportunities, assess trade-offs, and employ an ROI-decision making framework
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills
• Must be detail-oriented and results-driven
• Aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to execute in fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong collaboration skills to identify performance opportunities
• Demonstrate an ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Must be comfortable presenting to senior management.
• Strong interest in fashion, retail, and its convergence with e-commerce
• Previous high-volume, e-commerce experience preferred
• Other relevant experience includes investment banking, management consulting, and merchandising.
• Strong PowerPoint and excel skills
