**Remote worker with 2 days a week in office**

Job Name: Presentation and Communications Associate.

Under the direction of the Technology Risk Management - Business Management Office, the Communications Associate will provide assistance with creating written communications and drafting executive presentations for internal customers.

Communications Associate will participate in collaborative relations in Technology Risk Management departments to advance communications, primarily with the use of Infographics delivered via PowerPoint presentations.
• Must be able to assume responsibility for small discrete projects, work under limited supervision and have strong time management skills.

Additional responsibilities may include designing newsletters and internal website communications marketing the Technology Risk Management department. Paper based flyers, brochures and posters may be included in the additional responsibilities.

• Minimum number of years of experience required: 3-5 years preferred.
• Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities: Create executive level PowerPoints including use of Infographics.

Top 3 - 5 Required Skills:
• Expert in PowerPoint.
• Experienced in Infographics.
• Desired skills: Know how to create executive level PowerPoint incorporating infographics.
• Ability to take metric data and produce executive level summaries.

Soft Skills: Able to work with fast turnaround timelines, able to deal with ambiguity, able to work on a team or individually.

Educational Requirement:
College Degree or equivalent years of experience.
