Our financial services client is looking for a Presentation Designer/PowerPoint Specialist for a year-long contract assignment.

Work directly with the Sales and Relationship management teams to produce internal and external presentation documents this person will: Execute presentation materials following the corporate brand guidelines and process. Ensure consistency, accuracy and timely delivery of all assignments. Strictly follow standard operating procedures; understand and carryout compliance requirements. Facilitate the end-to-end process of creating and distributing client deliverables. Work independently, taking initiative and seeking resources, as well as, collaborate as a member of a global internal support team.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of office experience working on presentations or other corporate client deliverables.
• Candidate must have master-level PowerPoint 2010 skills, as well advanced capabilities in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Will need to have experience creating graphs and charts using complex data in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideal candidates are very organized, detail-oriented and can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects at once.
• The Specialist should be excited to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and needs to be comfortable interacting with senior members of the firm to carryout custom presentation design and development.
• Background in graphic design and understanding of basic design principles is a plus.
