Overview
The PowerPoint Presentation Specialist is a graphic design specialist responsible for helping protect and promote the client's reputation through communications tools, primarily by developing professional and persuasive Powerpoint presentations. Responsibilities include:
• Draft, consult for, and proofread PowerPoint presentations that advance key business objectives
• Use data analysis, graphic design, and appropriate graphics and technology tools to present information in a way that is accurate, accessible, and appealing
• Develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent “look and feel” for the department, and provide training for use


Job Description
This presentation specialist will support the Service Transition and Operations group within our client's IT department.

You will develop and design presentations—primarily in PowerPoint—that advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides. Whether preparing for a critical Board or Directors presentation, or assisting a department in developing slides for internal use, you are able to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics. You will distill clear messaging while incorporating smart visual solutions that make a difference at high-stakes meetings that affect major business decisions.

We’ll also look to you to develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent “look and feel” for the department. We’ll rely on you to provide training for these tools so your clients can learn how to communicate ideas and concepts in a way that is more accurate, accessible, and appealing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Innate creativity and artistic background
• Solid knowledge of PowerPoint 2010 (we use PowerPoint to communicate our stories)
• Experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
• Understanding of corporate branding
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management
• A strong desire to learn new skills, software and capabilities
