Summary of Position
Responsible for ensuring all programs scheduled under assigned brand are processed and delivered to all regional offices by due date. Monitor delivery of vendor master, inform Global Media Operations Supervisor of due dates to ensure completion of Global QC in keeping with deadline. Create work order within ScheduAll, attaching all appropriate paperwork. Assess subsequent TX dates to determine appropriate file creation. Send out all file to regional offices based on due dates. Be pro-active communicator with regional office concerning delayed programs and other issues that might impact air. Follow up on all missing materials discovered during the editing process. International Operations point person on requests for delayed delivery of vendor masters. Attend all appropriate programming, regional meetings and conference calls. Fullfills regional requests for dubs and library programs. Advocate for regional operations needs. Main Operations contact for step-ups and regional buy-ins for assigned brand. Update all databases. Back up other RTOs.

Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree; 2 years of experience in cable television or post-production; knowledge of HD technical requirements and deliverables for the international market place; international experience preferred
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Knowledge of file based workflow; self-starter with ability to problem solve; customer service oriented with excellent communications skills; ability to multi--task and manage large volume of work and time effectively under tight deadlines; attention to detail; foreign language skills a plus.
