Project Description – what are the selling points that would spike a candidate’s interest in this role: 
Portfolio Analyst – The ECC and BBYDs team are looking for a motivated, detailed, and process-oriented professional to join their team. This person must be able to drive results in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work successfully with varied personalities. This person will manage process for the Director of these teams, primarily related to project financials, resource management, and project management tools. The organization contains a mixture of both waterfall and agile projects, and requires someone who is comfortable working in both. This resource should be creative, resourceful, and able to handle stressful situations and change with ease. The environment is very fast-paced and requires individuals who take initiative. This resource will be supporting multiple application teams and project teams. 

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: 
Support the PCM, IT Project /Program Manager and other team members with project/program activities within the Services team. Key responsibilities include: 

Financials Management (30%) 
• Manage project financials process including forecasting, analysis, and monthly/weekly financial tracking 
• Manage cadence for reconciliation and forecasting 
• Create POs, managing receipts, and tracking cost against PO's 
• Communicate with vendor partners to ensure invoices are submitted on time and are billing according to contract terms 

Project Plan Management (30%) 
• Manage MS Project to update Project Plans for assigned projects 
• Manage resources by adding new resources, allocating hours, and removing hours as teams start and finish assigned work 

Capacity/Resource Management (25%) 
• Manage monthly capacity management working session with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and PCMs to ensure that all resources are entering time in line with project estimates 
• Maintain accurate application team and project team information 
• Ensure resources are appropriately entering time via weekly time approval 
• Manage program on-boarding process and controls 
• Update Seating and Org Charts with added/deleted resources 

Compliance (5%) 
• Ensure projects meet SDLC compliance by working with project team members 
• Ensure projects meet enterprise requirements by reviewing reports and communicating non-compliance with Project Managers and PCMs 

Manage Project Repository via SharePoint (5%) 
• Create/maintain sub-sites for assigned projects 
• Manage access and permissions for assigned project sites 

Executive Review Deck (5%) 
• Collaborate with Director and PCMs to create/modify review decks to be reviewed with Executive Leadership 

Skills Overview: 
What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? 
Basic Requirements: 
• Strong financial and analysis aptitude 
• 1 or more years of Project Coordinator experience 
• 1 or more years of experience with MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and managing multiple task 
• Ability to work independently with little to no direction 

Preferred requirements: 
• Experience in project environment with Agile and Waterfall methodology 
• 2+ years’ experience using Excel for financial management and analysis; ability to use pivot tables and formulas (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, etc) 
Experience using JIRA and Confluence 

What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role? 
1. Experience with MS Project, SharePoint and JIRA 
2. Excellent Excel Skills – prefer pivot table experience for the financial forecasting/analysis 

Preferred- experience in project management with Agile or Waterfall methodology
