Pop-ups Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The Pop-ups Marketing and Communications Coordinator role is responsible to develop and execute a broad marketing and communications strategy for client's Experiential Marketing pop-ups. Overall, the candidate should understand the strategy for the program, develop an appropriate marketing plan, and manage development timelines and approvals through execution. After launch, this role will continue to execute marketing strategies and track performance against goals.

Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Trainings & Advocacy to develop a comprehensive Marketing and Communications plan for the pop-ups program (covering Press, PR, marketing, social media and digital content strategy)
Develop business requirements for online presence of pop-ups programs, including a landing page and social media presence
Work with internal development team to execute on the landing page design
Partner with internal marketing teams to secure support from corporate CRM and social media channels
Partner with Programs & Events team to develop and execute a content strategy that amplifies the reach of events hosted at the pop-ups
Manage and execute marketing efforts (e.g., OOH, paid social) and social media activations (e.g., Snapchat filters) including overseeing production of creative assets
Work with Analytics team to measure and track the effectiveness of marketing reach and impact of earned media
Report weekly on performance of marketing and communications workstream

Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media strategy
BA/BS Required
Proficient in Google docs, sheets, slides (relevant Microsoft experience will suffice)
Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail
Experience working on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Proactive self-starter
Executive presence to actively manage and run cross functional meetings
Provides clarity to chaos and thrives in ambiguous situations
Experience working with and managing marketing agencies
