Pool - Web Product Manager

As a Web Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in the Corporate Web Team. You will be responsible for contributing to the strategy and roadmap for Autodesk's Live Chat offering.

You will be responsible for a component of the corporate websites (with 33 country sites in 21 languages) from a product management perspective - defining and driving a roadmap for design and development to drive engagement and satisfaction. These websites support users coming to learn about and purchase our products and those coming to learn how to use and resolve issues with using our products.

Responsibilities:

• Assess opportunities for more effective, compelling or efficient online experience
• Define and lead user research and testing
• Analyze performance against global KPIs
• Track industry trends and technologies
• Perform competitive analyses
• Define online features, functions, content or capabilities required to take advantage of opportunities
• Define and drive strategic and tactical roadmap
• Define functionality and behavior of product(s) to be built
• Partner with design, engineering and QA teams as products are built
• Build internal relationships through effective partnering and communications
• Partner with a diverse set of global business stakeholders to define or validate requirements
• Ensure the roadmap and results meet a global business set of objectives

This position requires a blend of business and technical savvy, as well the ability to create and drive a big-picture vision, including the attention to detail necessary to transform that vision into a reality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a web product management professional or equivalent experience
• Experience with live chat (LivePerson preferred) for eCommerce and/or customer support
• Experience with web trends and technology, including: personalization, social media, forums & other community-focused technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to create an engaging web experience for our users that delivers business results
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn about and apply new and relevant technologies to meet business goals
• Ability to asses risk, and manage conflict, good business judgment
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Masters or bachelors degree is preferred
• Experience working in a global environment is preferred
