Pool - Marketing Program Manager

This role, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Program Manager, is responsible for building and managing processes to report a consistent set of business metrics to leadership in the Engineering, Volume and Professional (EVP) Industry Strategy and Marketing team. This role is also responsible for providing project/program management leadership for teams involved in strategic planning, communications and other cross-organizational activities.

Responsibilities
• Define, develop and operationalize business management dashboards. These dashboards will include both leading and lagging indicators regarding the health of the business.
• Evangelize a measurement-centric culture that is insight driven. Provide reliable, consistent and timely results of marketing activities and planned outcomes with strategic goals, which measure Marketing's contribution to the EVP and business. Measure performance against commitments and end results.
• Lead cross-functional teams involved in areas such as strategic planning, communications, or quarterly marketing releases (QMRs).
• Demonstrate program/project management best practice leadership. Communicate program status, readiness, risks, issues and related resolutions as appropriate. Drive accountability to previously committed actions with regular status of outstanding items for purpose of driving them to closure.
• Where appropriate, develop frameworks and repeatable processes to manage and track key marketing activities, projects and events.
• Represent EVP on projects with the Market Intelligence team such as customer segmentation, TAM analysis and revenue by industry reporting
• Represent EVP Marketing on the Marketing Investment Management (MIM) governance board on behalf of the team.

Requirements
• Proven track record developing and maintaining key metrics dashboards, and ability to interpret data in a concise and insightful manner
• Proven program and project management expertise, and ability to get closure on decisions, recommendations and issues
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally, with leadership, peers, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as relationship building and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines as well as multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to execute strategically as well as tactically
• Willingness to "wear multiple hats" and "roll up the sleeves" as required
• 8+ years' experience in a related role
• BS in Business or Finance ideal; MBA a plus
