Partner Services Manager EMEA - London - Up to £200 per day

Our client is a major social network, seeking a Partner Solutions Manager (PSM) to develop, manage and maintain relationships with our key partners in the games industry. The Partner Solutions Manager will play an important role within the EMEA Games Partnerships Team supporting our range of partners across all key platforms. The PSM will help existing partners to optimise their presence on the network and help them to maximise the value they generate from the use of our various platform tools and features. This role will work directly with partners but will also interface with a range of internal stakeholders and act as the voice of the developer internally. The candidate should be knowledgeable about the games industry and also be comfortable using data and analytics to support decisions. This position is located in our London, UK office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support partners to help grow their business and be successful using the range of games services and features 
- Manage day to day operational tasks with both external and internal cross functional teams 
- Educate new and existing partners on the company's platform and technology and help to manage its implementation and optimisation 
- Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships 
- Proactively resolve business issues with partners 
- Be an internal advocate for the partners 

Skill Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in a gaming-related business development or account management role 
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate compelling recommendations 
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarise complex issues 
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans 
- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally 
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet with partners 
- BA/BS degree
