My client is a world-leading communication agency, with full service throughout Europe, The Americas and Australasia. Its’ not uncommon for the Sydney agency to be leading international projects from creative development through to onsite delivery.

They communicate. No matter the channel or the audience, they conceive, develop and deliver communication that has relevance, immediacy and clarity, to connect client with consumer. Their philosophy is to develop supportive partnerships, working with clients to consolidate growth and explore new communication initiatives, in their sectors and beyond. They provide a seamless service that embraces strategic thinking, concept development and the generation of all the creative from interactive brand experiences to amplification on social media.

Consumers don’t want to listen to what brands say, they want to experience how they behave and it will be the new planning directors role to create that unique experience proposition.

The successful applicant will have:
• 8+ years experience in an experiential & digital strategy role, within an agency.
• Strong experience working on social media & events.
• Passionate about emerging technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Commercially sound with an understanding of agency finances
• Good presentation skills.
