Photography Coordinator

This photography coordinator role for project management of hotel photography and online tools will be responsible for working primarily with our North America hotels to update their current photography. As part of this project this individual will evaluate the hotel’s current online assets, assess what new assets are required given brand guidelines and then manage the production and implementation of new these new assets.

Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities
1. Run LRA audits and upcoming Expirations reports to assess yearly, quarterly photography needs. Report to Field/Divisions – 5-10 hours (monthly)
2. Work with hotels to evaluate current photography assets and establish list of assets to shoot. Coordinate with properties, field marketing, and photographer to schedule shoots. Review Local Photographer submissions. Assist other divisions. Preparation for Preproduction call – 10 hours (weekly)
3. Run NAD and key international Pre-production calls – 8-12 hours (weekly)
4. Assist property with workflow process with submissions, ProofHQ and posting. Assist properties with submission, ProofHQ reviews and posting workflow. Work with avVenta in processing – 5-10 hours (weekly)
5. Manage Shoot schedule calendar, coordinate with new builds, field marketing for openings, transitioning and renovating hotels. Create and own the master compliance schedule for properties 5-10 hours (weekly)
6. Misc. Photography and Special Projects – 1-5 hours
7. Interface with Photographers, update changes in standards and special requests. Proactively work with field. Reach out to properties in advance of expirations and photo shoot need to inform and educate then on the process and standards. Track process and progress. 1-5 hours

Key Relationships
1. Coordinate with 500+ North America hotel properties (Director of Sales and Marketing, GM, Convention Services Manager) to assess current assets and schedule/produce required assets
2. Work with Brand Design on the management of photographers and 360-virtual tour vendors to schedule and manage shoots, assets and invoices
3. Coordinate with the Production vendor team on the management of the post production of submitted images for properties
4. Work with NAD Brand Team to escalate prop



REQUIREMENTS Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills/Experience
1. Essential - 4-year degree required
2. Essential - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, including complex scheduling and management of budgets/invoices
3. Essential – Experience in organizing/executing events or productions
4. Essential – Strong interpersonal skills/able to manage diverse opinions/Friendly “customer service” attitude
5. Essential – Ability to work on a diverse team, keep all parties up to speed on project status
6. Essential – Ability to multi-task, manage multiple time sensitive projects at the same time
