Photo and Video Scheduler

We're working with a global brand to find a Photo and Video Scheduler to join their growing in-house creative team! In this role, you'll take in video and photo projects, coordinate with managers to assign projects to team members, and track them through the process.

Location: Onsite at our client's office in Huntington Beach
Job Type: Contract, W2 through Aquent
Hours: 40 per week
Duration: Ongoing

-Manage workload alone or with peer schedulers, manage the photo and video project traffic and quality control, and close out projects as the team completes them.
-Manage interactions with clients for photo and video projects with single deliverables.
-Ensure that in-coming project requests contain all the needed information and assign project numbers.
-Manage equipment inventory and coordinate scheduling.
-Coordinate with outside suppliers and contractor talent.
-Arrange assignment logistics, building and security access, and on-site contact at events.
-Ensure that all estimates and budgets are complete.
-Close completed projects and archive deliverables.
-Generate routine status reports for the team to use, monitor information flow across all teams.
-Evolve the photo and video process to meet internal client and team needs.
-Enforce adherence to workflow processes and deadlines.
-Participate in lessons-learned team meetings after project has closed to discuss improvements for future projects.

-Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
-Extremely detailed oriented.
-Collaborative and have excellent people skills to work with internal clients and creative professionals.
-Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
-Able to identify opportunities for process improvement.
-Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and be able to rank competing priorities and work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus.
