Photo Community Manager

In this assignment as a Photo Community Manager for Aquent's client, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring visuals to support the social and content teams as well as engaging users, answering questions and writing photo tips and guidelines for the community. They will be responsible for outreach, quality assurance, and guidance to teams on how to improve incoming imagery from community members. Additionally they will need to identify new opportunities for growth and track the progress of their work. This candidate should have a good photographic eye, be able to stick to style guidelines and think outside the box in terms of content production.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- Work with content and social team to source imagery for community campaigns and platforms
- Communicate customer suggestions and provide ideas for product improvement
- Work closely with local guides to strategize photo community growth.

Required Skills
- BS/BA Degree - Manager is open to area of study
- 3-4 years experience in a community or photo related field.
- Keen eye for detail
- Out box thinking
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Scrappy problem solver

Nice to have
- Understanding of measuring data
- Ability to create instructional material for community education
- Ability to understand global audience
