Pharmaceutical Copywriters, Editors, and Proofreaders - All Levels!

Vitamin T is looking for experienced Pharmaceutical Copywriters, Editors, and Proofreaders to work for some of our top Pharma clients. We have immediate needs from many of our clients with assignments starting as soon as next week and we're looking to pinpoint available Talent ASAP.

The ideal candidates will have:

• AOR pharma brand promotion
• Disease state education initiatives for consumers.
• Copy aspects of brand campaign concepting, implementation in multichannel marketing
• Copy aspects of an extensive disease state education campaign
• Message development, and implementation into new selling messages 
and promotional content
• Manuscripts and copy in work-in-progress layouts and digital apps and websites
• Annotating references, annotating, submissions to electronic medical-regulatory-legal (MRL) submissions
• Timely submission of weekly timesheets
• Copy operations and creative/message strategy agency leaders in: account management, marketing insights and strategic planning, project management, art/design, user experience, technology, customer-relationship marketing (CRM), analytics and optimization, and search engine optimization.

Qualified candidates are:
• Creative and scientific, innovative and organized
• Detail-oriented and sensitive to the visual execution of copy and the design of content
• Steady and optimistic in high-pressure situations
• Familiar with pharmaceutical advertising, marketing, and promotion:
• Brand personality, strategic promotion, call-to-action, response mechanisms, pharma sales tools, objection handlers, creative briefs, AMA style, medical journals, professional societies, clinical trials, referencing and annotations, disease state education, mechanism of action (MOA), efficacy and safety claims
• Knowledgeable about FDA regulations in drug promotion:
•On-label vs off-label, prescribing information (PI), brief summaries, fair balance, important safety information (ISI), "Please see" lines, black box warning
• Familiar with computer skills that the copy team must use for organization of files on servers (including techniques for maintaining version control); for extensive digital manuscripts (hundreds of pages that document content and functionality that require section breaks, track changes, commenting, etc, during team routing)
• Know or be quick to learn Adobe Professional mark-up and commenting for electronic team routing among internal team leadership and with client documents
