Performance Improvement Associate

The Quality Improvement Associate will support the Quality Manager on improving current business processes by providing support on quality improvement projects, data entry, and reporting.  This is an entry-level position and training will be provided for the right candidate.  
 
The ideal candidate:
Demonstrates a passion for problem-solving, as well as strong critical thinking and analytic skills 
Shows a natural curiosity about the "how" and "why" of things 
Displays strong computer technical skills, particularly using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
Communicates and works well with others, both verbally and through written communications
Works independently (when given instruction) and shows a strong drive to achieve results

Other helpful skills may include (NOT REQUIRED):
Experience using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, or data visualization software, such as Tableau
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or project management principles
 
Preference will be given to associates who are pursuing or currently have an associate's, bachelor's, or other post-secondary degrees.

Responsibilities
Assist quality manager with quality data management and reporting
Prepare regular reports of quality data for the quality manager
Help monitor the quality of data inputs, involving the Quality Manager to resolve issues related to data integrity
Assists with administrative support for project management software system (with guidance from Quality Manager)
Support work to improve the quality and efficiency of processes and reduce recurrence of issues
Support and manage projects (with guidance from Quality Manager)
