Partners Project Manager/Coordinator EMEA
Contract Duration:12 months starting ASAP.

As a Marketing Coordinator for the Partners EMEA team, you will be a critical member of the SMB Marketing team in EMEA, growing Partners, our flagship agency program.

Partners is a program aimed at building better digital agencies. This role offers the opportunity to help fast-growing EMEA digital marketing agencies help their customers be successful with products and insights.

You’re involved in strategy, segmentation, target setting, lead management, campaign execution, education, product adoption, and operational management of the program in the region.

The role requires leading independent initiatives to:
- Design and execute multi-channel and event marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness about Partners and advertising products
- Test, analyse, and optimise marketing campaigns across various media, including direct mail, email, video, search and display advertising
- Brainstorm and launch new innovative campaigns to connect SMB advertisers to digital agencies
- Manage successful online and in-person agency marketing initiatives by working through external agencies and with the different sales teams (large customer sales, inside sales, telesales)
- Work closely with with other regional marketing teams scale successful initiatives from other markets, test innovative strategies and tactics and share back learnings.

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, organising data and getting actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in marketing, consulting or media within a specific industry.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in a B2B and client-facing environment.
- Expertise supporting and enabling a sales organisation is preferred.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience creating and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and agency ecosystem.
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, impeccable business judgment and team player.
- Digitally savvy with exposure to online advertising products.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, preferably in both English and [local country language]
