Partners Program Coordinator

Our Client-a global technology company and a platform owner is recruiting for Partners Coordinator.
Partners coordinator is involved in supporting the on-going operational aspects of the program in UK and Ireland. This role includes campaign strategy, event management, content management, community building activities and improving efficiencies. You will work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development and engineering to support our mission to get every small business the help it needs to succeed on the Web.

Responsibilities
Campaign strategy: develop and execute best in class creative campaigns for SMB audience

Event management: plan and execute successful online training, seminars and conferences working with a number of teams.

Content strategy and management: determine and manage local content strategy on a regular basis and ensure on-going quality of user experience:
work with internal teams to gather content (including marketing and training) for program
work with customer support teams to improve regular, scalable communications for our customers e.g. FAQs, newsletters

Community building: plan and execute marketing activities for SMB audience, build effective communication channels with existing program members including managing UK online community

Reporting and analysis: track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insight and analysis to improve efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
MA/BA or equivalent
Fluency in local language
Experience in marketing/project management
Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency
Event organisation skills
Understanding of Online Business Solutions and online advertising market
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and advanced level of proficiency in PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
Proven team management and leadership skills
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles.
HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
