Partner Marketing Associate (APAC)

This TOP social media company located in Menlo Park, Ca is looking for a Partner Marketing Associate as part of The Factory Team. This role will support their telecom and content partner co-marketing efforts in APAC with responsibility around creative guidance and reviews, program execution and partner finance processes.
Pay: $44.50/hr DOE 6 month contract
This role is located in our HQ in Menlo Park Office and reports to our Partner Marketing Manager, Internet.org APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal individual for this role has a strong cultural interest in APAC, including the Indian subcontinent, and wants to develop creative and go-to-market skills in partner marketing. While not required, ideally we are looking for two to five years experience developing and executing creatively driven marketing campaigns, working with co-marketing partners and customers, and experience with marketing analytics and program management. This role is highly visible internally, and the ideal candidate will have comfort interacting with the senior executives of our partner companies.

• Support and execute go to market strategies (ATL & BTL) for Internet.org products.
• Guide our most critical telecom partners through their campaign executions to ensure messaging best practices are utilized across the campaigns.
• Develop & deliver marketing kick off presentation to key telecom partners in APAC.
• Serve as the steward for the company and related brands.
• Review and provide final approvals for co-funded partner creative campaigns.
• Lead and execute development of POS creative for partner retail programs in APAC.
• Follow up with partners for post campaign metrics.
• Track and record partner co-funded marketing plans in Sales Force and other related analytics systems.
• Support select on the ground, 1:1 connectivity efforts for Internet.org products with both telecom and content partners.
• Collaborate with finance and supply team to set-up and track co-marketing spends.
• Identify and record best practices as related to co-funded partner marketing campaigns within APAC and support documenting these best practices in marketing playbooks.
• Other related projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• 2 – 5 years brand of co-brand marketing experience
• Comfortable to partner with external companies, dealing with senior marketing management.
• Ideally, experience developing co-branded marketing campaigns (more than 1 brand) that drove positive results.
• Ideally, previous technology and / or telecom experience.
• Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
• Interest in a global position with regular meetings outside of business hours – usually very early mornings or evenings, 2 to 3 times a week.
• Strong creative sense, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Indian (particularly Bengali or Hindi) or South East Asian language fluency desired (particularly Thai, Indonesian Bahasa, Cambodian, Burmese, Vietnamese), but not required
• Ability to travel both regionally and internationally ~ 20 – 25%.
• Bachelor degree required.
