Key Accountabilities
• Optimise and maintain a process for partner engagement for campaign execution for the EMEA region (15 markets with 3pp apps)
• Manage the asset requirements and flow working closely with account managers and other key stake-holders
• Partner with our client’s retail, marcom and platform marketers to ensure a seamless and effective go-to-market execution plan is in place
• Work closely with console and games teams to establish and integrated “ecosystem” approach to execution
• Partner with local leads across the region and evangalise the regional and local priorities, ensuring an on-message and co-ordinated approach
• Partner with the internal business team to ensure marketing input to apps roadmap as well as marketing support for apps launches
• Partner with Marcom teams in EMEA HQ to drive integrated activity
• Create best-in-class methods for tailoring and prioritising support across markets
Key Success Criteria
This is a newly created contractor position that will focus on in-region execution, ensuring that the right assets are in place and that the process is followed by all stake-holders. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and managing process and an ability to navigate a complex environment of competing demands, ensuring the priorities are bought into and executed upon. They must do this will ensuring stakeholders are bought in/catered for.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1) Essential Experience
• Proven track record of effectively running the day-to-day aspects of an operational business including stakeholder management, v-team leadership and tracking performance
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Comfortable communicating across teams
• Proven track record of developing and managing process
• Proven ability to synthesize multiple demands with varying stakeholders
• Experience in media, TV, Video, Music applications is a plus
• Proven ability to assimilate a large amount of information and quickly prioritise/evaluate to build solid execution plans

• Strong excel and Powerpoint skills
• Project management skills
• Numerate with ability to analyse data
• Strong execution skills
• Grounded and focused
