1 year contract Pay: Up to 42.90/hr. As a Partner Brand Manager, you will be working with a rapidly growing list of content, OEM, and distribution partners to guide their marketing communications so that they adhere to client's brand guidelines. You will also be a champion of our partners’ brands, ensuring they are well represented in client's own marketing executions and identifying opportunities to promote them. You will need to develop a deep understanding of brand standards and suite of products in order to ensure partners represent and position them accurately. You are a self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You have an obsessive attention to detail and creative nuances. You are the ultimate multi-tasker, able to manage a large workload efficiently, while identifying opportunities to scale and streamline internal processes. You are resourceful and highly adept at working cross-functionally to get things done. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: - Champions the role of the user and our products in our partners’ marketing executions. Reviews and approves incoming partner marketing assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and standards. - Interfaces directly with partners via email and over the phone to educate on brand guidelines, gives suggestions for asset changes, and delivers constructive feedback on marketing assets. - Conversely, represents our partners’ brands in our own marketing executions. Manages a partner content calendar and works closely with Social, CRM, and other channel owners to promote partners in key editorial moments. Additional Key Responsibilities: - Secures approvals from partners as well as internal teams (e.g., product, legal) on marketing assets that leverage partner content. - Develops and maintains partner toolkits and asset libraries to grow and scale co-marketing efforts globally. - Manages and maintains product websites. - Ensures all marketing materials across channels and countries are consistent and up-to-date. - Documents and shares best practices across marketing organization. - Identifies opportunities to streamline and/or scale the partner management processes. - Helps onboard and stand up regional team processes as new markets are launches. - Provide ongoing asset sharing and localization support in partnership with global partner brand managers. - Works with the wider Marketing team and partner with Product, PR, Legal, Business Development, and Sales teams to manage cross-functional projects. Leads relationships with global partner brand managers, cross-product brand managers and retail brand managers. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from a top university - 4-6 years of Experience as a Partner Brand Manager, and or similar role - Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity - Exceptional program management and organizational skills - Strong understanding of product positioning and marketing - Keen attention to detail and creative judgement Nice to have's: - Experience in a customer facing or partnership role a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset with strong quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic skills - Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment - Photoshop / InDesign experience a plus
