As part of our efforts to grow the app store business, carriers and OEMs are high priority partners. By partnering with them and leveraging their channels (CRM, retail,...), we have an opportunity to double our reach and multiply touch points to converts users to paid usage.
In the current level of staffing of the marketing team, it is currently impossible to capture the whole opportunity and to work with the right support for strategic partners partners (carriers, OEMs,...) across our priority markets (UK, DE, FR, RU, TR, MENA).
-Assisting longtail markets/partners to build efficient campaigns around FOP/DCB acquisition.
-Developing toolkits of marketing assets for partners.
-Working as the Partner Brand Manager to guide partners’ consumer marketing communications and ultimately ensuring they adhere to Google's brand guidelines.
-Interfacing directly with partners to educate on brand guidelines, give suggestions for asset changes, optimize campaigns flows and deliver constructive feedback on marketing asset disapprovals.
-Working on marketing projects as they arise such as partner presentations, lightweight excel dashboards, brand guideline creation, and more.
-Packaging the learnings from campaigns into compelling and comprehensive case studies (video, decks,...).
-Work with internal teams (Merch,...) to accelerate feature launches and rollout across the region by leading the localization efforts.
NB/ the contract will need to cover the whole 2016 year
NB/ the person will need to be located onsite and have access to internal data sources.
BA/BS Degree at minimum
Resume must demonstrate a previous role that required extreme attention to detail.
2-3 years working with Marketing and Technology materials ie., marketing collaterals or campaigns
Ability to speak/read/write in at least one of the following, well enough to evaluate/translate marketing materials: French, German or Italian.
Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
Experience in consumer marketing campaigns and/or advertising highly preferable.
Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer facing or partnership role.
Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, tech work environment.
High energy and go getter attitude.
