Partner Account Manager-digital advertising

Our Client is a technolgy business that works with the largest advertisers and media buyers , where they offer integrated technology solutions to support them in the fast growing and highly strategic areas of programmatic and real-time advertising.

As an Partner Account Manager, you are responsible for helping onboard, train and manage Certified partners that will scale the business across EMEA. You will also project manage ongoing engagements between our partners and clients and collaborate with a wide set of internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. You bring a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry AND/OR have experience in partner account management.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in online sales and/or business-development and/or marketing
Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the ad tech market (buy or sell side) and experience in the use of programmatic ad buying tools
Proven ability to leverage account management, relationship building and planning to further develop existing relationships and business


Responsibilities:
Onboard, train and account manage Certified Marketing Partners
Serve as a trusted consultant to build a deep understanding of the partners’ needs and to grow lasting relationship with them
Work in close cooperation with local Sales organisation to collaborate on client opportunities
Manage multiple complex opportunities and projects simultaneously
Be the prime point of contact for customers around all key areas of account management (training, feature up-sell and usage, product enhancement, billing) and lead cross-functional efforts to identify and solve roadblocks.
