Part-time Project Manager

The part-time (20-hours a week) Project Manager’s responsibilities will include:

• Support Marcom and Media Relations in development, deployment, results tracking, and future optimization of integrated marketing communications campaigns. This includes, but not limited to: advertising (online and print), search engine marketing (PPC and organic), database marketing (email and direct), videos, promotional collateral, lead generation and follow up, translations, and alias creation, etc.

• Compile source and develop quarterly enewsletter.

• Responsible for recording, tracking team assignments/projects by date of event/campaign and prioritizing support.

• Function as liaison between Marcom Program Managers and a combination of internal/external resources/suppliers to accomplish production of a wide variety of external and internal communications projects and campaigns.

• Maintain quality control, branding standards, and handle proofing of all materials–attention to detail at every stage of production is essential. A quick understanding of and adherence to TI processes/practices.

• Ownership of metrics gathering and analysis and reporting (dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc queries). Analyze and advise on trends found.

• Event planning and management: will include collaborating with University Marketing on the event agendas, securing speakers, partner collaboration, shipping materials, and all event logistics.

• Internet Marketing responsibilities: support Program web content updates, new functionality requests, and user interface issues (no HTML required; has a WYSIWYG).
