Our client is seeking a Part-time Marketing Communications consultant to work with them into the first Quarter of 2017. This 25-hour/week role will sit on-site at the client location and will join a busy Marketing team focused on one of the company’s key offerings. This Marketing team focuses on:
Supporting Sales Process: Strategy, development and execution of compelling campaigns (video, Flash, Brainshark, PowerPoint, print, Web, e-mail, Webinar, direct mail, etc.)
Creative development and production of all customer communications to promote and educate customers.
Supporting the development of targeted customer campaigns through analytical, strong creative skills and knowledge of multi-media, multi-touch techniques to drive new business activity
Developing effective communications for other entities by working closely with key matrix partners (i.e. Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, Legal/Compliance, etc.) to devise communications that will effectively differentiate – and drive customers
Managing the daily workflow of multi-media campaigns and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and projects are driven to effective completion.
Collaboration with other team members to share ideas and best practices to strengthen campaign performance and identify process improvements
Ongoing improvement and oversight of website content.
The Part-time Marketing Consultant will report to the Marketing team lead and will assist in the development of various customer, client and consultant communications.
Support customer acquisition and retention campaigns through daily management of multi-versioned mailings/creative
Develop new communication ideas (messages/graphics/format) to engage customers– operationalize new ideas through Customer Acquisition Team, vendors and business team.
Work closely with Customer Acquisition Team and print vendors to execute each campaign flawlessly. Must have experience in print production.
Work with Customer Acquisition Team and call center management to gauge call center capacity to take incoming inquires generated from campaigns.
Obtain legal and Compliance review and approvals.
Responsible for the development and updating sales collateral.
Ability to understand the overall team operations, in order to effectively develop targeted communications for new and existing customers.
Be prepared to help build out, execute and measure new e-mail campaign capability.
Support overall communications including, but not limited to: ad-hoc client requests, clinical communications, notifications, communication plan development etc.
Work with Creative team as they develop new outreach concepts (design, writing) as part of approved marketing plans.
