Part Time Research Recruiter

Primary Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate participant recruitment for CDI studies.
• Work closely with CDI Facilitators and Product Teams to understand study goals and participants criteria
• Design, document, and communicate a ‘how to’ guide on executing successful CDI studies
• Translate study criteria into survey screening questions and program the screener in our self-service tool
• Conduct database specific pulls to send out survey invites to potential participants
• Working with external survey tool vendor for sending out the survey invites
• Identify, screen, and schedule participants by phone and/or email
• Assist with activities related to the end-to-end participant recruitment experience: recruiting participants, understanding customer profiles, participant follow-up, rescheduling, incentive distribution, non-disclosure agreements, ongoing communication, etc.
• Communicate directly with participants so they understand the study requirements and logistics
• Manage external vendors to ensure understanding of participant screening criteria
• Identify and execute creative methods to acquire and screen participants
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with the Usability Group’s recruiting team to ensure standardized recruiting processes are followed

Job Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience in research recruiting
o Will also look at resumes of mid-senior recruiter, sourcer or recruiting coordinators who would like to get into the research recruiting field
• Positive, can-do attitude, with ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Clear and practiced communication skills (written and verbal), focusing on customer service
• Excellent phone manners, enjoys speaking to people on the phone,
• Strong organization skills is a must, and ability to multi-task while managing deadlines
• Friendly, fun, outgoing personality
