Our Enterprise & Partners marketing team is a team of industry marketing managers that look after specific verticals and are responsible for driving marketing campaigns. --This is an exciting and fascinating environment especially for someone interested in digital marketing. They will get to experience how a huge organization is going about transitioning form a traditional marketing system to a digital/web based marketing system.
This will be a general help and assist role, supporting all facets of this marketing team’s responsibilities. The actual day to day responsibilities are laid out in the Job Description section above. At the beginning of month most of their time will be spent compiling monthly new letters, setting up agendas for the community call, making adjustments to content that sits on the team’s Infopedia page to reflect new or revised content. They will be attending a wide range of meetings based on the needs of the sponsor where he needs a spare pair of hands, as well as formal weekly meeting with sponsor. They will also be preparing metrics for reports and managing various assigned projects as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Internal News Communications: Manage the Government monthly newsletter and community call process including:

Government Newsletter
• Drive call for content and collating news and information submissions
• Helping the Gov IMM review, select and edit content
• Write additional news content pieces
• Creating the newsletter within the template
• Final review and amendments
• Distributing the email newsletter and managing response
Government Community Call
• Developing the running order for monthly community call
• Inviting targeted speakers and ensuring they are ready with finished content 24 hours ahead of the call date/time
• Running the call logistics, uploading desks and content and subsequent call recordings to Gov infopedia site

2. Editorial calendar- Manage the editorial and event calendars for Government:
• Drive call for content, collating and editing submissions
• Attend regular sync meetings with US sub, CityNext team, PR and Social Media agencies and other stakeholders
• Ensure blog authoring deadline are met

3. Internal content stores- Manage Infopedia, Infopedia media, Partner Marketing Centre (PMC) and Microsoft Partner Network
• Update the Gov InfoPedia, CloudDAM, Media and MPN pages as and when required working with the site maintenance vendors
• Manage the uploading of new content to these sites so that it is visible and easily accessible
• Ensure content is optimized for search and tagged correctly
• Report on downloads and usage of the content
• Ensure the inventory list is kept up to date and old, low value content, archived
• Resolve any access issues or site problems with support team

4. Metrics Reporting- Source, update, collate and publish key metrics on a monthly basis including:
• Return on Marketing Investment data
• Web stats
• Social Media stats
• Sentiment analysis
• Infopedia content downloads stats

5. Quarterly Marketing Scorecard Reporting
• Gather highlights from team members, update template with latest data

6. Distribution List maintenance
• Regularly check email distribution lists for gone-aways, opt outs and new additions to ensure the list is as targeted as possible

7. Other Projects: In addition, there will be other marketing projects that require support. These projects could include:
• Producing marketing materials
• Authoring social media posts
• Market research
• Presentation deck production
• Sourcing creative assets
• Managing creative agency projects
