Seeking a Part Time Content Marketing Specialist for a major Diagnostics company in Indianapolis. This would be 20-30 hours per week for 6 months or longer.
This role requires a brand publisher mindset: ability to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.
Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure,
content development, distribution and measurement (through our proprietary content
Collaborate with Global Content Marketing Manager to develop editorial calendar with online
community building and lead generation strategy and provision of content.
Together with internal stakeholders you will develop and manage editorial governance so
content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
Must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and
approaches work on each and why.
Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis –
this will be a collaborative effort using our existing in-house tools
Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
Ability to present the program approaches and results.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience (3-5 years)
Experience creating content for the consumer audience in multi-channel environment
Healthcare and/or diabetes knowledge
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
Working knowledge of the top social channels and Google Analytics
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple
stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
