Part Time Agile Project Manager

This is an ASAP TEMPORARY PART TIME NEED (20 hours per week ONSITE)
The Agile Project Manager is responsible for the Agile delivery processes and program execution for Digital Marketing tracking activities. Actively engages with program/project management, project teams, Scrum team using Agile project management best practices such as schedule management, escalating impediments, risks management, helping drive program-level and project-level goals and continuous improvements, as well as requirements elicitation and gap analysis. Is responsible for coordinating and facilitating events as part of project such as Release planning meetings, execution phase oversight and communication and Release activities. Is an active part of the inspect & adapt cycles. Is engaged with internal parties as well as external digital marketing parties (3rd parties).
Responsibilities


Primary Responsibility


  • Maintains an outward focus toward project stakeholders communication, project milestones, removing blocks related to resources, environments, escalated issues, managing project risks
  • Manage all aspects of project schedule, requirements, communication (internal/ external) and releases.


    Core Responsibilities


  • Facilitates communication, dependencies and risk across team boundaries as well as requirements elicitation, gap analysis and change management discussions.
  • Facilitate and work with team to help define technical solution when not standard approach.
  • Help troubleshoot, do gap analysis on production issues or tracking/ reporting concerns and facilitate resolution.
  • Manages project and key business stakeholders' expectations during planning sessions and other management/steering committee activities, along with other reporting and status needs.
  • Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating project estimation, resource evaluation and communicating with higher management for high level visibility
  • Aggregates team objectives into releases objectives and publishes for visibility and transparency
  • Works with Product Management, Product Owners, and Business Owners to help assure strategy and execution alignment
  • Manage project cost and financial impacts when applicable
  • Coordinates with appropriate Managers on team resourcing needs and issues
  • Ensures entrance criteria to start project is fully satisfied
  • Reviews project roles and responsibilities and gains buy-in for any adjustments across all parties (internal/ external).
  • Act as Scrum Master to shield team from external influences and addressing impediments and other issues raised by the team
  • Consistent and daily communication with all parties involved in executing the work to ensure team is on track against project milestones
  • Communicates status on progress and issues back to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitates release planning readiness; Vision, Backlogs and facilities
  • Facilitates release planning events
  • Facilitates review across teams should project require multiple teams during execution phase.
  • Encourages team collaboration
  • Participates in management improvement and standardization activities
