Part Time | Associate Marketing Manager

Our Client’s General Marketing Organization is looking for an experienced on-line marketing leader to drive its partnership with Vendor in the promotion and execution of our Vendor with Client program. In this role you will lead the day to day operations and execution of this business for Client including coordinating site merchandising, email communications, promotional programming, affiliate partnerships, development of alternative marketing programs and day to day reporting of the business.

The Vendor is the Client’s lead to daily deals travel program that offers leisure travelers “inspired travel deals at an unbelievable price”. The program allows consumers to book / save now, travel later through Vendor’s distinct voucher system. The focus of the program is to feature high quality travel products at substantial savings (many times up to 60% off), but only available for a limited time.

Responsibilities: • Campaign management & promotional programming: develop and execute promotional plans across Client’s marketing channels to drive awareness, sign-up and purchase of Vendor travel products. Adjust promotional efforts seasonally to tie into consumer mindset throughout the year. • Creative Asset Development & Management: partner with Client’s agency to define communication strategy and create appropriate advertising / email modules that drive consumer interest and engagement around the program. • Analysis and reporting: provide weekly reporting on the performance of the business to internal stakeholders. Track against quarterly / annual targets and develop programming / recommendations to meet financial targets. • Affiliate Programming: leverage Client’s affiliate network to engage consumers with Vendor outside of E.com. Develop customized programming with select partners who will contribute the most traffic / consumer connection to the partnership. • Testing and experimentation: identify and execute multivariate and A/B testing around ad creative and promotional offers on E.com. • Modeling and forecasting: partner with the finance team and others to update quarterly and annual forecasts on Getaways business. • Competitor analysis: monitor and report on daily deals travel competitors and impact on the business. Requirements: • Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred • 5-7 years min. relevant professional experience • 3-5 years of highly relevant online product management/marketing or marketing analytics and campaign optimization experience • Knowledge of Excel with experience in pivot tables. • Expertise or strong knowledge of Adobe Omniture reporting or similar web analytics tools a positive.
