The Paid Social/Search Specialist will be responsible for the strategy, design and execution of paid social / search campaigns, projects and initiatives to achieve measurable results and lead generation in support of the Digital Marketing team. They will:
Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive paid social media and paid search strategies that align with brand strategy.
Must be able to support clients in the US West Coast during their hours of operation.
Continually evaluate the Social Media and digital landscape for innovative/new platforms being launched to determine viability for brand and how to implement into digital/overall client marketing strategy.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using paid social / search platforms and also industry standard tools like Marin software, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Raven Tools, Moz, Facebook Insights, etc.
Monitor industry developments and trends for assigned online services and participate and support strategic meetings to help define the content, direction and strategy of new online campaigns assigned online marketing services.
Identify KPI’s for ongoing and campaign initiatives—analyze findings based on benchmark goals and apply learnings for future initiatives.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Project Manager teams on the strategy, design, and development of digital campaigns and assets that will increase revenue and improve lead generation conversion.
Monitor trends in social media, identify keywords that will draw readers to blog posts and use alerts and social media tracking tools to gather statistics regarding blog readership for individual campaigns.
Coordinate the design, customer segmentation, messaging and analytics for all email marketing campaigns through our marketing automation platform
Working with the Digital Marketing Analytics team to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels through KPI management and ROI marketing metrics.
Report on the results of individual digital marketing campaigns by gathering the results from individual platforms and compiling them for one campaign comprehensive report.
Participate and support strategic meetings with clients and Client Services and present assigned digital marketing services.
Conduct detailed needs assessment, define requirements and timeline to enable project managers to finalize project scope documentation & project estimation.
Work closely with vendor, secure vendor pricing and ensure service requirements are clearly understood and all service delivery expectations are defined.
Define creative requirements and review / approve creative assets before project management submits those to clients and Client Services for approvals.
Communicate with Blueleaf clients directly on service delivery related topics.
Ensure all requirements for service delivery are fulfilled and notify project management when service is ready to go into production.
Execute the delivery of assigned digital services within budget and on time.
Analyze, recommend and implement improvements to improve ROI of assigned digital services.

Education and Experience
2-4 year college degree or equivalent
2-4 years’ experience in the design and execution of paid social media / paid search marketing campaigns.
Understanding of direct response techniques such as segmentation, targeting and testing.
Web design or graphic design experiences a PLUS.
Agency experience a PLUS
Ability to use industry standard tools like Marin, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Raven Tools, Moz, Facebook Insights, etc.
Experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
