​Our Fortune 500 Tourism & Hospitality Client is looking to add a Paid Social Media Advertising Manager to their team in Celebration, FL. If selected you would be responsible for: 

  • Setting up and managing Paid Social Advertising campaigns in native Social Platforms (Primarily Facebook/Instagram and Twitter; some LinkedIn and Snapchat)
  • Ensuring campaigns are set up to track properly in Adobe SiteCatalyst
  • Scheduling and launching Organic Social posts through Sprinklr
  • Participating and leading in the implementation and management of Social Advertising campaigns and ensure they are setup to track properly in Adobe SiteCatalyst and bid management tools
  • Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts of assigned accounts to ensure they are achieving the traffic, engagement and conversion goals set for each campaign 
  • Manage daily budget tracking process to make sure pre-defined spending levels are on pace
  • Utilizing team workflow system to manage and execute assignments as well as possess the ability to prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance
  • Creating strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partners
  • Manage bid rules and optimization efforts at the campaign, audience and ad levels to drive account performance
  • Reviewing regular reporting and add commentary to explain variations
  • Manage the execution and reporting of ad, landing page and vendor beta testing initiatives
  • Collaborating with management, team members and social outlets to define policies, processes and procedures to further drive efficiencies and performance for key stakeholders 
  • Keeping current on the social media advertising industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and capabilities
