Paid Social Media Account Manager

We are looking for a talented & proactive Social Media Specialist with strong experience in paid social and content amplification.

Working on a broad spread of Consumer and B2B accounts this role will see you working at Sydney's leading social and content agency. For this role we are looking for someone to provide recommendations to clients related to both social media strategy development, execution and channel management, as well as how to amplify content that either the agency creates or is co-created with publishers. This includes both organic and paid amplification opportunities across social channels and other relevant environments.

This role requires someone who has the combined talents of an engaging and strategic Account Manager, with expert knowledge in social and paid social.

Apart from having strong account management skills we are also looking for someone who has strong technical skills listed below
Key technical skills:
• Understanding and having direct knowledge of how each social platform and native channel works, so that strategic recommendations can use these channels to maximum potential and can be executed.
• Expertise across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, Outbrain, LinkedIn, Plista and working with publisher groups.
• Has experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media and other digital channels. This includes both biddable media, CPM buys and fixed/sponsorship cost opportunities.
Technology Skills
• Communiqué.
• Third-party adserver and measurement technology (DoubleClick, AdStage, Nudge).
• Finance system (AccountAbility) – invoicing.
• DSP technology (Zemanta, StackAdapt, Powerlinks) and publisher self-managed systems (Outbrain, Plista, Facebook).
• Social listening tools (Radian6, Argyle Social, Simply Measured, BuzzNumbers, Socialbakers).
• Research/trend data (Facebook Insights, Google Trends, YouTube Analytics).
